Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Cinequay, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Cinequay. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Copyright & DMCA

We respond to valid takedown notices under the DMCA and equivalent laws elsewhere. Repeat infringers have their accounts suspended. See our Legal Overview for how to file a notice.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; we don't offer partial-period refunds unless required by local law.

Termination

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Cinequay isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Security

How we protect your account and your content.

Encryption

All traffic to and from Cinequay is encrypted in transit (TLS). Stored content and account data are encrypted at rest.

Monitoring

We monitor infrastructure for unusual activity around the clock and maintain an incident response process to investigate and disclose issues that affect your data.

Found a vulnerability? Email batzwebmaker@gmail.com. We commit to acknowledging reports within 2 business days and won't pursue legal action against good-faith researchers who follow responsible disclosure.
